Sonam Singh

Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)

Sonam K Singh (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is also a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). After completing her Bachelor’s of Education in Teaching (in French), Sonam decided to pursue her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), she aims to provide a safe and positive environment for individuals to connect to themselves and support their wellbeing. Sonam has a special interest in working with immigrant communities and BIPOC women. Having done work in the community through volunteer groups and teaching in the Peel Board, she understands the struggles one may have with anxiety, depression, trauma, familial relationships including gender roles, and impacts of generational trauma. Sonam knows that we can make changes that contribute to ease and an improved sense of self in our lives. She works to create a positive change in every individual and their community as a whole.

Sonam works alongside each client to explore trama, depression, anxiety, self - esteem, body concerns, and relationship challenges. Finding resolve amidst feelings of disconnect remains my top priority.
